If I promised you a five pound weight loss in 5 days, most people would go for it.  A five pound weight loss is easy to do, keeping it off is a different story.  Most people want a quick plan, not a lifestyle change.  

What we don’t pay attention to, is the consistent striving for optimum health.   Weight loss is not always what you know about losing weight, but more about using techniques that will change our lifestyle.  Changing behavior is painless and involves small steps that develop into healthy habits.
